This is a series of leadership workshops modeled after the United Nations General Assembly, set to be held across all 495 sub-districts and city corporations of Bangladesh.
Our Stand for Youth Empowerment
We believe that youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow—they are the architects of today’s transformation. Our mission is to empower, connect, and amplify the voices of young people worldwide. We work toward building a future where youth participation drives meaningful and lasting positive change.
1. Building Leadership:
We nurture the leadership qualities of Bangladeshi youth by developing their diplomatic skills, negotiation strategies, and critical thinking abilities, enabling them to become visionary change-makers of the future.
2. Ensuring Inclusion:
We create platforms where rural and underprivileged students can connect with peers and policymakers, ensuring their active participation in dialogue and decision-making, while promoting diversity and representation.
3. Expanding Global Recognition:
Through organizing the world’s largest Model United Nations (MUN), we aim to establish Bangladesh as a global leader in youth development and diplomacy.
4. Driving Effective Initiatives:
By engaging youth at the grassroots level, we promote constructive and practical solutions to Bangladesh’s social, economic, and political challenges, fostering leadership dedicated to real-world impact.
A Future Bangladesh Powered by Youth
We believe this initiative will inspire positive changes among the youth of Bangladesh:
1. Developing Leadership:
Identifying talented and potential future leaders from grassroots communities and helping them unlock their leadership capabilities.
2. Spreading the Spirit of the July ’24 Movement:
Inspiring young people across every sub-district of Bangladesh with the ideals and motivation of the July 2024 movement.
3. Inspiring the “Rebuilding Bangladesh” Vision:
Encouraging youth participation in social and political development by generating practical and innovative ideas that can contribute to rebuilding Bangladesh’s future.
4. Representing on Global Platforms:
Creating opportunities for Bangladeshi youth to showcase their leadership, ideas, and voices on international stages.
House of Youth Dialogue (HYD)
House of Youth Dialogue (HYD) is an international youth-led organization committed to fostering leadership, diplomacy, and global awareness. HYD provides young people with the opportunity to participate in global Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, enabling them to gain in-depth knowledge of the United Nations framework, international relations, and contemporary global challenges.
To date, HYD has organized over 50 conferences and connected more than 100,000 young representatives worldwide. The organization is dedicated to preparing youth to become confident leaders on global platforms.
Model United Nation (MUN)
Model United Nations (MUN) is an educational simulation where students participate as country delegates, engaging in discussions, debates, and decision-making on global issues.
Through this experience, participants develop practical skills in diplomacy, public speaking, problem-solving, and international relations. MUN fosters leadership qualities, teamwork, and responsible citizenship among young people, empowering them to become thoughtful global citizens and positively influencing their personal and professional lives.
